FAQs
WHAT DO WE DO?
We specialize in repairing all major flat and low-slope roof systems, such as metal and membrane roofs such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM. Our technicians are trained to perform quick and effective repairs that address leaks, seams, punctures, and flashing issues without disrupting your building’s operations.
HOW Do we do it?
We follow a clear process backed by industry standards and manufacturer requirements. Every service call is guided by a repair chart we’ve developed that outlines the proper solution for each type of roof system and issue. This ensures consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in every repair.
Just as important, we adhere to each manufacturer’s recommended repair methods and warranty guidelines. By doing so, we’re not only stopping leaks effectively - we’re also protecting your roof’s warranty and ensuring every fix adds lasting value. Our goal is to deliver the right repair, done the right way, every time.
Why do we do it?
Our company was born out of firsthand experience managing a large portfolio of commercial retail and office properties within a family office. Time and time again, we found ourselves waiting weeks for roof repairs, never knowing when crews would arrive, what work was actually being done, or how much it would cost. Repairs weren’t treated as a priority, and there was little transparency in the process.
Frustrated with the delays and lack of clarity, we began handling roof repairs ourselves - with the full support of the family office. The results were immediate: faster response times, lower costs, clear reporting, and more reliable outcomes. The program was so effective in protecting our buildings most expensive asset and saving money that we decided to make it available to other property owners and managers facing the same challenges. Today, National Patch Co. exists to bring that same efficiency, transparency, and peace of mind to everyone we serve.
How much will it cost?
Almost all repairs begin at our standardized pricing rate, which can be found on our pricing guide. If you haven’t done so already, fill out the cost analysis form. From there, we’ll review your roof expenses and provide an estimated forecast for your building or entire portfolio, so you can clearly see the savings and value of working with us.
If the analysis makes sense for you, we’ll prepare a detailed service agreement with our standardized pricing and all terms laid out for your review - no surprises, just clarity and transparency from the start.
